- Share the installation envelope, core dimensions and tank arrangement. A thicker core is not automatically a fit or performance improvement.
- Ports and cap neck
- Identify hose diameters, port direction, cap position, drain and access for installation.
- Mounting and fan clearance
- Provide bracket datums, fastener details, fan/shroud clearance and nearby obstructions.
- Validation
- Agree critical dimensions, test conditions and acceptance criteria for the defined revision.

Can you manufacture a radiator from an old sample?
Yes. Buyers can provide sample photos and measured dimensions. A physical sample can also be used when exact fitment details are difficult to describe.
Can the radiator be upgraded from copper brass to aluminum?
In many applications, yes. The design needs to confirm fitment, mounting, cap position, inlet and outlet layout, and cooling target.
Do you support private label radiator programs?
Yes. Private label packaging, repeat SKU planning and inspection requirements can be prepared for distributors.
