Can an inquiry begin with drawings or a physical sample?
Yes. For drawings, identify the revision, units and critical dimensions. For samples, send condition notes and all-side photos first, then agree shipment and handling. Mark damaged or deformed features that should not be reproduced.
What if I only have an OEM number or vehicle information?
Include the OEM reference or vehicle configuration with photos, dimensions and known installation constraints. These identify the starting point, not confirmed fitment; missing interfaces still need review.
What is the MOQ?
