Private-Label Radiator Programs
Turn an accepted radiator design into a defined orderable SKU. The approval file should identify the component, packaging and release checks together.

Assemble the radiator approval file
Keep the buyer part number tied to a drawing revision and an identified sample. Agree these deliverables before the first production decision.
- Interface record
- Capture the accepted core envelope, tank arrangement, cap neck, hose connections and mounting positions.
- Sample approval
- Record dimensional findings, buyer installation feedback and any accepted deviations; distinguish approval from outstanding validation.
- Inspection requirements
- Define fit-critical measurements and any agreed leak or pressure test method, conditions and acceptance criteria without assuming a standard value.
Approve the shipped presentation
Treat branding and packaging as controlled parts of the order. Check the packed radiator, not just the artwork in isolation.
- Artwork version
- Approve the brand mark, SKU label, placement and carton identification against the correct radiator part number.
- Protection and contents
- Agree protection for fins, ports and brackets, plus the listed accessories and packing arrangement for the intended shipment.
Release a reorder against the approved version
The reorder documents should cite the component, inspection and packaging versions. Recheck quantity and schedule for each order.
- Change control
- Require written change approval for affected drawings, sample references or packaging, with a clear effective order.
- Order review
- Compare requested parts and versions with the approval file; resolve substitutions or open inspection issues before release.
